Raven Software (the developers of COD: Warzone) have confirmed that they are already aware of this bug. So, the new texture of the Dark Aether camo is much flatter, since it lost its ‘glassy’ effect and some detail, making it less striking. Hello has anyone who taken the time to unlock Dark Aether noticed they changed the texture of the warzone camo to be smoother like the Cold War version. Reports say that, instead of its typical design described above, now the surface of the weapon with Dark Aether camo is matte, while the texture of the camouflage is shown in low resolution. However, according to COD: Warzone players, the Dark Aether camo textures would be displaying incorrectly ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
This produces attractive effects depending on the angle of view of the weapon. The Dark Aether camo stands out for its highlighting violet colors and a 3D glass texture.

Hodge also added that Raven Software "will get there" but more time is required in order to get the camos into the battle royale.
Hodge stated that there is still "a lot of work" that is to be done in order to bring the Zombies camos into Warzone due to the differences in how some of the weapons look and feel once they've been applied. It's currently impossible for players to utilise all of the awesome designs that can be unlocked by slaying endless waves of the undead.ĭespite a lack of communication from Raven Software as to when they will be released, Creative Director Amos Hodge has shed some light as to when players can expect the camos to arrive.
